Your booth package

Artisan and craft booths are $150 with a refundable no-show deposit.

Your standard 110V outlet is intended for low-wattage displays, a laptop, and a card reader. Any high-draw electrical equipment must be pre-approved by the general manager before the festival.

Your space and display

Artisan booths sit in the outdoor Bazaar. Keep everything inside your assigned footprint.

  • Permitted goods include traditional clothing (yukata, jinbei), handmade jewelry, anime merchandise, calligraphy, ceramics, and bonsai plants.
  • Keep merchandise, displays, and customer queues inside your 10×10 ft space.
  • Use low-wattage display setups only; card readers and laptops are fine.
  • Cooking and food preparation are not permitted at artisan booths.

Power without surprises

Your outlet is for low-wattage use only. High-draw equipment must be approved in advance.

  • Plan around a single standard 110V outlet for low-wattage displays, laptops, and card readers.
  • Do not connect heaters, kettles, or other high-draw appliances without written approval from the general manager.
  • Use outdoor-rated, grounded cables and keep connections protected from traffic and weather.
  • The on-site electrician may verify your setup before opening.

Close, clean, and pack out

Leave your space clean and follow the operations team’s vehicle-access instructions.

  • Do not begin a public-facing teardown before last call.
  • Remove all merchandise, packaging, and waste from your space.
  • Sunday teardown begins after the 5:00 PM gate closure.
  • Wait for operations or security approval before bringing a vehicle onto the site.
  • Your deposit is refunded when your space is left clean and booth conditions are met.
